Welcome to the Salsa DLCC Web support wiki. We are currently in beta testing mode and adding to this wiki as we go. The support wiki is organized into sections for each of the tabs on the DLCC Web implementation of Salsa. Under each tab we've written a brief description of what processes you can manage there.
The dashboard tab is where you will go to manage your personal information, including your login name and password.
The supporter management tab is where you can add supporters to your online database, either individually, or in batches, search your supporter database, add information about supporters, create and manage groups of your supporters and define custom fields for your supporters.
The website management tab is where you will define and manage your website template (eg your layout, colors and header image) as well as where you will manage all of your website content, including your blog, press releases, biography, district information, etc.
The email management tab is where you will go to send blast emails to your supporters, track those emails and create and manage your personal email accounts.
The event tab is where you will go to create events and track event RSVPs.
DLCCWeb uses ActBlue to manage your online donations. Learn more about how this process works, how to find out your ActBlue entity ID if you are in an ActBlue active state and how to get a merchant account through ActBlue if you aren't in one of those states.
